Youth Services Pathway
The iSchool has suggested pathways for different areas of librarianship in order to guide the journey through the MSLIS program. Suggested Youth Services courses are available here.
School Librarian Licensure Program
The School Librarian Licensure Program prepares students for licensure as a “Library Information Specialist” in the state of Illinois. Enrolled students complete 24 credit hours across courses in both the College of Information Science and the College of Education.
